We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to strengthen our global team. We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople who are passionate about selling a groundbreaking and innovative product that will change people's lives for the better. In this position, you will have all the pieces of the pipeline from strategy to implementation. Throughout the process, you will work closely with the marketing and technical team to create a world-class experience for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reach out to prospects who have inquired about our product
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing inquiries/leads
  • Build and manage your pipeline from the first initial call to a warm lead, to be transformed into a sale
  • Actively gather a team internally that collaboratively executives on the given project/client
  • Report on progress through each stage of the funnel by documenting in the company's Hubspot account
  • Sell and advertise our product in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop professional sales skills with training and mentorship
  • Gain extensive product knowledge and become an ambassador of EVA
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of sales experience — ideally inside / phone sales, but candidates with retail, mobility and/or other direct-to-consumer sales experience are encouraged to apply
  • Empathetic and customer-centric; you're passionate about helping customers and creating best-in-class experiences
  • Motivated and driven to succeed. You have a strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
  • Crisp verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner and team player with a “no task is too small” attitude
  • Creative problem solver with highly organized working habits
  • Experience using Hubspot or similar support software preferred
